At this weeks CPD session, our therapists brought 2-3 clinical patient cases to present and discuss with the team.This is a fantastic opportunity for therapists to show off a really interesting case they had to enable others to learn from, or to present a case and receive feedback & guidance from the team.Clinical development is an ongoing process which will always be beneficial even to the most experienced of therapists.We encourage all our therapists to attend weekly CPD sessions, and facilitate a continuous learning environment for them.Not only does this ensure our therapists are continually improving and developing their skills & expertise, but patients can rest assured they are in safe hands at our clinic.Are you a therapist and not receiving weekly CPD and clinical support?
