Yoga helps to improve general health and wellbeing with particular emphasis on flexibility, movement, coordination, strength and breathing.
Regular practise can help improve joint mobility and functional strength, as well as relieving stress and tension. As well as improving health & wellbeing, yoga can be used as injury prevention, or for rehabilitation following an injury.
Classes take place in our beautifully appointed studio. We offer small exclusive group sessions (no more than 8 people per class). Our specialist Instructors create tailored programmes and the classes are suitable for beginners.
