Pilates helps to improve general health and wellbeing with particular emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.
Regular practise can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. For athletes, pilates can help to reduce the risk of injury by developing whole body strength and flexibility.
Classes take place in our beautifully appointed studio. We offer small group sessions (no more than 8 people per class). Our specialist Instructors create tailored programmes to help you reach your desired outcome.
